1979 MG B ROADSTER
Platform 1 Motor Co are proud to present this stunning and excellent example of a 1979 MGB ROADSTER. This car is superb! It comes with an enormous amount of paperwork, In fact every repair and service invoice is there from when the vehicle was first registered. Every MOT and restoration work that has been carried out over the years. It has been owned by the same gentleman for the last 25 years and has been used very little. It also has a Heritage certificate. The car has covered 80k from new which is genuine mileage and has been lovingly cared for and maintained. The bodywork is excellent with no rust! The underside of the car again is in great order, Having had replacement floor pans fitted some years ago. We have just had the MG MOT’d and it passed with no advisory’s. (Although it is MOT exempt) so there are no safety issues to address. The vehicle also had a full engine rebuild some years back and is now able to run on unleaded petrol. The interior is lovely, and the car is totally original apart from the stereo and electric aerial and also a 3 spoke steering wheel. The hood has been replaced and is in perfect condition. It also comes with the hood and car covers. It runs and drives great and is superb fun to drive with a lovely exhaust tone. These are hard to find now in this condition and especially with the documented history that this one has! Values are only going to go one way and this one is a keeper!
